Magoo & Associates, LLC has made reporting call examples very simple. Log in to your portal and impersonate the account portal. Navigate to Reports > Call History Report. Locate the call. Click the 'Details' link next to the issued call. At the top of the pop-up box there is another link "Report Call". This will open an email form addressed to support with all the details of the call that the support department will need. Call examples must be within the last 24 hours. If this is a new incident, please include all information as outlined in the Support Policies article in the Magoo & Associates Information section. If this is a continuation of a current ticket, feel free to copy the contents of the call details pop-out window and update your support ticket with that information.
