The Acronis Files Cloud Client provides an intuitive application that automatically allows your selected Files Cloud folder to synchronize server data. Any future data placed into your designated folder will automatically be synchronized between computers, and available for mobile devices.
When installing your Files Cloud Client, you can select for the application to automatically run when the device is booted. If not, you will need to find the Files Cloud application and start the program. You may access your settings by:
Selecting the Show Files Cloud Folder will open a new file explorer window where your synchronized files reside. You may change this location under preferences.
Selecting the Launch Files Cloud Website will open the Files Cloud website in your default browser. To access advanced settings, please login to your account. You may then view saved files, share files, and modify account settings and permissions.
Pause will stop your files cloud software form synchronizing your local files with your cloud account. Once activated, the files cloud client will not synchronize files until de-selected.
Hover over recent downloads to reveal files that have recently synchronized with your local folder.
Selecting help will redirect you to default Files Cloud support articles. Users running into select issues should contact Magoo & Associates support department or knowledge base for resolutions.
Selecting preferences opens the initial setup windows that allows you to reconfigure local settings. You may set your user name, password, proxy settings (if required), and launch on startup. Launch on startup simply starts the files cloud client when Windows starts.
