Magoo & Associates provides a customer portal to view your work history, search tickets, and make invoice payments. Additionally, administrators may add users and update user information to ensure fast and efficient service.
View Invoices & Make Payments
To view your account information, please login to your customer account HERE. If you have not been provided a username and password, please contact your sales associate, or call support at 217-318-3084. If you have forgotten your password, please select forgot password.
After authenticating by username and password, you will be greeted with your main account page. Please take some time and review the resources available to you based on your permissions. If you believe you should have additional features, please contact our offices at 217-318-3084, or complete a support ticket.
To access and view current and past invoices, please navigate to the account menu option. From there, click invoice. The account screen also lets you add or modify users, and view current agreements.
Within Invoices, you can view your current and past invoices, invoice date, invoice number, and days accrued since invoiced. In the far right portion of your invoice window, you will see a blue pay now button. To pay your invoice by credit card, please select pay now.
After selecting pay invoice, you will be presented with a secure payment portal with our processing partner Authorize.net. Please complete your information and submit. Funds will be placed in your account and applied to your invoice once processed.
