Magoo Announces Major Upgrades in Software and Services.

Magoo is pleased to announce major feature enhancements to our client portal, managed services, remote support, and managed security services. The combined feature enhancements provide a smoother customer experience, and renews our longstanding commitment to client satisfaction and service. We would like to thank EVERY client for an astounding 2019, and providing critical feedback that allowed for the success of these feature enhancements.
To allow for a smooth informed transition, Magoo has constructed several training articles to assist in the following feature upgrades. There is NO ADDITIONAL COST to take advantage of these enhancements. Some features do require scheduled onboarding.
New Client Portal
Our new client portal provides a single interface for client account management. Based on user permissions, Client Administrators can manage everything from service request to company user management. The new client portal also allows users to connect their Microsoft or Gmail account to eliminate managing additional passwords. New Features and training articles are linked below. New Invoicing & Payment Options
Our clients asked for an easier method to manage their account finances. Magoo answered with an entirely re-designed finance tab within the ability to manage multiple payment methods, partial payments, and scheduled payments all from within one client portal. Clients may also view their complete financial history, add payment methods to a secure wallet, and automatically pay invoices based on numerous customer selectable options. Enhanced Managed Services
Magoo has completely redesigned their Managed Services software. In doing so, we enhanced security and compliance while decreasing the requirement for on-site managers. Managed Services customer can now easily document issues and chat with technicians from their desktop and service tray icon.

Faster Remote Support
Remote support for non-managed customer just got faster! To access an ad-hock (temporary remote session) session, simply navigate to support.magoo.tech and enter your session code. For more information on the new portal, process, and use, please view our article here. Additional features include:
New Managed Cyber Security *
Magoo has completely redesigned our Managed Security Services and Managed Antivirus. Continuous enhancements will roll out during February and March to include the below protections/ features. Please contact your sales engineer for specific questions, as these resources mainly remain unpublished. This feature does require onboarding.
