How to Record a Menu Over The Phone

Users may upload or record menu items for callers to hear and be prompted for user action. To record your menu options please follow the below instructions. Menu options may change based on your level of access. You are required to access the menu directly after selecting "Record Over Phone"

  1. Login to your account portal
  2. Select VOIP
  3. Select the menu you wish to record
  4. Under "Greeting Message" select "Record Over Phone"
  5. Record the prompt record pin and select save
  6. Now call the telephone number assigned to the menu, or select the menu extension. You will be asked to record a new greeting. Please follow the prompts on the phone.
    • You may assign an extension for after hours menu recording or access the menu after hours. Please follow the above steps by using the extension you just assigned.
