Creating and updating service tickets from your account portal ensures that information is gathered correctly, and expedites ticket processing. Customer that frequently use the account portal provided they experience faster resolutions to their service requests. To create a new ticket from your account portal:
A ticket will be generated with your user information, information gathered from your submission, and routed to the appropriate support technician and department.
