Creating a New Service Ticket

Partners may create new service tickets from their account portal. Creating and updating service tickets from your account portal ensures that information is gathered correctly, and expedites ticket processing. Customer that frequently use the account portal provided they experience faster resolutions to their service requests. To create a new ticket from your account portal:

  • Login to your account portal at
  • Select "Submit a Ticket"
  • Select the best option (ticket type) based on your needs.
  • Complete the questions regarding that ticket type to the best of your ability.
    • Some fields are mandatory, while others are optional if not related to your request.
  • Click submit 

A ticket will be generated with your user information, information gathered from your submission, and routed to the appropriate support technician and department.
