Accessing Current & Closed Tickets

Depending on the users assigned permissions, individuals may login to their account portal and access current or closed tickets. If the ticket is current, additional information and attachments may be added to their ticket. To access current and closed tickets:

  • Login to your account portal at
  • Select the correct account if multiples exist.
  • Select  either;
    • Lookup a Ticket; or,
    • Ticket icon within the left menu.
  • You may now view both open and closed tickets.
  • You may also add to an open ticket by selecting that ticket.
